The October Workforce Council will feature Dr. Zithobile (Zitty) Nxumalo with Deftable. Dr. Z will be facilitating a discussion on Authentic Leadership as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. You can learn more about Dr. Z’s background and experience here on the Deftable website. She is an educator as well as a consultant and one-on-one coach for leadership, diversity and communication. During the session, you will also have an opportunity to participate in an Authentic Leadership Self-Assessment.

Alamance Community College’s Continuing Education program has coordinated this speaking engagement for the benefit of local industry and a heightened emphasis on DEI.
